The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place in Switzerland, Germany and the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Deliveries in Germany:
We charge a flat rate of €4.50 per order for shipping costs. We offer free shipping for orders over €55.
Deliveries in Switzerland:
We calculate the shipping costs in Switzerland as follows:
7 CHF per order. We offer free shipping for orders over CHF 55.
Deliveries within the EU:
We calculate the shipping costs in the EU as follows: EUR 6.50 per order. We offer free shipping for orders over 55 EUR.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-2 days, for deliveries to Switzerland within 2-4 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further payment details
