Walnut oil bag in box
Walnut Oil Bag in Box is intended for farm shops and other shops (which, for example, offer oils in barrels or generally unpackaged goods), or which want to offer customers an individual quantity to be taken (e.g. with their own bottles that they have brought with them). The CO-2 footprint of Bag in Box is approximately 27% compared to the same content in glass bottles.
Bag in Box has the advantage that no air comes into contact with the oil during removal. This means the contents last much longer after opening compared to glass bottles.
Walnut oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. The oil promotes a healthy intestine, good brain function and improves blood lipid levels.
Our oil contains 11g of alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) in 100ml.
Furthermore, an average of 11 mg (92% of the reference amount for daily intake) of vitamin E is contained in 100 ml.
We have commissioned a team of experts to check the sensory properties of our oil. Here are the results:
- Optics (Method: Simple, descriptive test according to DIN 10964; 2014-11): Clear, golden yellow, viscous liquid
- Smell (Method: Simple, descriptive test according to DIN 10964; 2014-11): Slightly nutty, reminiscent of pastries
- Taste (Method: Simple, descriptive test according to DIN 10964; 2014-11): Nutty, aromatic of tree nuts; Reminiscent of pastries, no bad taste: Mouthfeel: Slightly drying, soft, velvety.
